How fast do you respond to a quote request?+
Within 2 business hours, seven days a week. Answered by your city lead — LaJuanda in Nashville, Amaha in Atlanta — not a call center.
What does the guarantee actually mean?+
Guest-ready by your stated check-in time, or the turnover is free. We document arrival and completion time on every job and honor it in writing.
Do you provide linens and towels?+
Yes — our Linen Program supplies, launders, and rotates hotel-grade white linens and towels on a weekly schedule. You can also use your own and we'll launder them.
Can you handle same-day turnovers in the 11-to-4 window?+
Yes. Same-day turnovers between guest check-out and check-in are the core of what we do.
Are you insured?+
Fully insured. Every cleaner is background-checked. Certificate of Insurance available on request.
How do you handle cancellations?+
Reschedule with 24 hours' notice at no charge. Under 24 hours, a 50% fee applies — same standard hotels use for housekeeping labor.
How do you handle keys and access?+
Smart locks, lockboxes, or coded entry are preferred. We can also do key hand-off; details are confirmed in your onboarding.
Do you restock supplies?+
Yes — coffee, paper goods, toiletries, and welcome details. Restock and Staging is included as an add-on tier.
Can you do a mid-stay refresh for long bookings?+
Yes. Mid-stay refreshes for stays of 7+ nights are common and quoted per property.
What happens if a guest leaves damage?+
We document it with photos and a written note, delivered to you before the next guest arrives — in time to file with Airbnb's AirCover.
